Is there a print minimum?
No there are no print minimums, however when you place an order in our online Design studio there is a minimum of 2 pieces.
Is it possible to get help with my design?
Absolutely! We have professionally trained designers available for completly custom designs or to help you get your design together and ready for print. They are available during our normal business hours Monday - Friday, 8am to 7pm and Saturdays from 1030am to 330pm.
Can I get a sample before I place my order?
Yes, you can order blank samples or printed samples. Contact one of our sales specialist to get more information on the cost of shipping and 1 piece samples. Where can I find different garments and color styles to choose from? You can visit our online catalog of goods or you can call us at 1-800-872-4449 and speak with a garment specialist to help you find what you are looking for.
What happens after my order is placed?
Once your order is placed you will receive a USATees.com official proof for your approval. Nothing gets printed without your consent and sign off. After approval we output your film and get your screens ready. You will then be notified by email or telephone when your job is completed. Usually within 8-10 business days.
When will I receive my order?
After the order is placed it takes about 8 to 10 business days to complete the order for shipping.
Do you accept checks or purchase orders?
You can pay for your order with your debit card, but we do not take personal checks.You may provide us a purchase order and if you are a business approved for credit you can submit a business check, please call to pay with a check. For payment by purchase order, we'll provide a fax number and instructions to fax USATees a copy of the purchase order for verification before we begin processing your order. When invoiced for a PO, you may pay by check or credit or debit card.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Call USA Tees at 1-800-872-4449 if you have any questions or are dissatisfied with your order. We're available all week from 8:00am-7:00pm ET Monday-Friday and from 10:30am-3:30pm ET Saturday and Sunday. Generally if you call us soon enough we will work with you to find a solution to fix what ever the problem may be.
